Privacy & cookies

Short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell your data, and we don't run cookie-based tracking, advertising, or session recording. There's no consent pop-up because there's nothing non-essential to consent to. Here's the detail.

Who's responsible

What we collect, and why

• Waitlist email, only if you give it. We use it to tell you when something's ready. Stored in our database (Cloudflare D1). You can ask us to delete it any time.
• Order details, if you buy something, your name, contact and shipping details are processed to fulfil the order. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never receive your full card number.
• Anonymous, cookie-free analytics, we use privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare) that don't use cookies or identify you. Aggregate only, no profiles, no cross-site tracking.

Who processes data for us

We use a small set of trusted processors: Stripe (payments),Cloudflare (hosting, database, analytics) and Resend (email). Each only handles what it needs to, under their own data agreements.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Order records for as long as tax/accounting law requires, then no longer.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to processing. Email us and we'll sort it. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

Cookies

We run cookie-free. Our analytics don't use cookies, we run no advertising or session-tracking scripts, and there's no consent banner because there's nothing non-essential to store on your device. Any outbound link you follow takes you to that site's own domain, which is outside our control and standard for any link on the web.
