Products and prices
We curate a small, deliberately short range, we'd rather sell you the right thing than a catalogue. Prices are shown on each product page in the stated currency. Any applicable taxes and shipping are shown before you pay. We try hard to keep prices and availability accurate; if we spot a genuine error we'll contact you before charging or shipping.
Ordering and payment
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe (cards, Klarna, and supported wallets; PayPal where offered). We never see or store your full card details. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Guest checkout is fine, no account needed.
Delivery
See our shipping page for regions, times and costs. We fulfil orders manually and carefully, so we'll always tell you honestly if something will take longer.
Your right to change your mind
If you're a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on most items. The full details and the one exception (opened hygiene items like earplugs) are on ourreturns & right-of-withdrawal page.
If something's wrong with your item
Beyond the withdrawal right, you have statutory rights under Norwegian consumer law (forbrukerkjøpsloven), including a complaint period of up to 5 years for durable goods. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll put it right.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If we can't resolve a complaint between us, you can bring it to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or, for EU cross-border purchases, the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
